What you will enjoy doing

During the 24-months trainee program you will join our Legal & Compliance organization in Pullach nearby Munich, Germany with the following functions: Legal Services, Compliance & Data Protection, Export Control and Customs.

By various stages in all Legal & Compliance functions, you have the opportunity to work on exciting, varied and international topics around Legal & Compliance. In addition you will get a comprehensive, holistic view of our organization and our strategy through job rotations in various departments with thematic affinity (e.g. Project Management, Contract Management, Tax, Finance).

What makes you great

  • Above average degree in law, legal state examination or comparable qualification in an international legal field is required
  • Moreover, you are proficient in English (written and spoken), knowledge in German (minimum B2 level) is of advantage
  • You gained first experience via internships and/or studies abroad and you have an international mindset as well as the ability to collaborate in teams
  • Excellent analytical skills, self-confidence, outstanding self-motivation, and a desire to learn complement your profile

One part of the program will be an assignment at an international location (foreign subsidiary or construction site).

From the beginning, you will take on the challenge of working in an international, cross-functional team which enables you to grow on the job and gain extensive professional experience.

Your mentor will support you to reach your full potential by directly guiding and providing regular feedback. Additional trainings with your fellow trainees in relevant hard and soft skills will be offered along with the opportunity to visit our entities in Dresden and Tacherting. Active networking with peers and managers will boost your development.
